First, call 1st Colorado Roofing for an on-site inspection and consultation at no charge, BEFORE FILING A CLAIM. Second, If the inspection indicates sufficient damage to file a claim, contact your insurance company’s claims department. Third, arrange a meeting at your property with an insurance company adjuster and your 1st Colorado Roofing contact. Fourth, review the insurance companies loss summary report/estimate, with your 1st Colorado Roofing contact to determine its accuracy.
What sets us apart?
1st Colorado Roofing requires no upfront payment from you. Only once you receive your ACV payment and the roof is completed are you responsible for paying anything to 1st Colorado Roofing. There will likely be some process and procedural steps required by the insureds mortgage company/lender, that you must follow once you receive that check, and it helps to act promptly. Once your project is completed, we submit a final invoice to you and your insurance company for all work, materials and permit fees. The insurance company then releases to the insured the recoverable depreciation and any supplemental funds or fees approved by the insurance company. Please note, it is the insureds responsibility to pay the deductible to 1st Colorado Roofing.
Yes. We are fully insured with both general liability and worker’s comp coverage and we are licensed in over 20 municipalities and counties across the front range to perform all needed work to complete your roofing repair or replacement project.
